I am a member of the U.S. military or work for the federal government, and I have an APO or FPO address, can I order from your site?

Absolutely. If you are ordering from a military or federal government installation overseas and you have an APO or FPO address, you can order online. Please be sure to include your APO or FPO address when you enter your payment and shipping information.

How do I place an order?

Order with confidence at AFRibbons.com! We offer a very user friendly interface to ensure you order the product exactly as you need it. In Step 1 you will be asked to select the ribbons you've earned and the appropiate devices for each ribbon.  Once you've completed that step you will be able to view your ribbon rack exactly as it will be constructed. Once you've chosen the way you want to fasten the ribbons to your uniform you'll be able to place your order.

How do I review the items I´ve selected for purchase?

One of the best things about AFRibbons.com is that it dynamically creates your ribbon rack for you. You will be given the opportunity to view your customized ribbon rack and make modifications before actually placing your order.

How do I submit my payment and shipping information?

After you've set up your ribbon rack exactly as you'd like it you will proceed to the Place Order portion of our site. At this point you will be asked to enter your shipping information including the number of ribbon racks you would like and the method of shipping all in secure mode.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Upon placing your order you will be asked for your preferred shipping method, either USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail (both can be tracked) and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail the day they are shipped. Select one and the amount will be automatically added to your order. These charges are subject to change based on the current U.S. Postal shipping standards.

Current prices are as follows:
Priority - $7.00
Express - $18.00

How do I check the status of my order?

Is my order subject to state sales tax?

Texas residents are required to pay Texas 8.25% sales tax. Residents of states other than Texas will not be charged sales tax.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped from our place of business within 5 - 7 business days of you placing the order and Express Service will take 2 business days. Accelerated shipping begins from the time your order leaves our place of business. If you place an order and specify "Express" shipping, you will receive the order the next day after the order leaves our office, not the day after you place the order.
